Independent film producer and actress, Giselle Marie, is a first-generation American born and raised in Miami, FL. Though Giselle was part of a very extensive and loud Cuban family, she was very shy as a child — but that did not stop her from performing in school plays and musicals.  At 10 years old, Giselle gave her first solo performance in a school production, which surprised her whole family. And as very Catholic, Hispanic grandmothers do, when Giselle’s realized she had musical talent, she shoved Giselle into the church choir — where she would perform in the chorus and as a soloist for the next 14 years.

All through her high school years Giselle was a member of  the Thespian Honors Society, where she went on to compete in District and State competitions with her troupe, whom were ranked with Excellent and Superior Performances.  In college, Giselle finally convinced herself that it was time to take her passion for the performing arts and transform it into her career.  For a while she thought she would pursue a career in Musical Theatre and Music Supervision for Film, but it was during her performance as Marianne in Tartuffe that she befriended a filmmaker who asked her to be the Script Supervisor for a short film she was directing.  That experience led Giselle on an obsessive journey to be part of the Film Industry.

Since then, Giselle has starred in and produced several productions including, but not limited to: Closure (Nominated for the Florida Film Gem Award), Sheer Luck (Nominated for Best Short Screenplay), and We Choose You, Raul de Monte Cristo (Awarded Best of Fest at Art Basel Film Festival in the Web Series Category).

Giselle currently spends her days being a professional spokesperson and produces online content for small businesses and websites.  You can still find her on Friday and Saturday nights having fun bartending at different events – just because.  Just recently, Giselle booked the lead role in the up and coming SiFi comedy entitled “Probable Robot.”
